"Oracle's acquisition a few months ago of Ravello was seen as a way to increase its cloud customer base. CloudVelox hopes to dash that."  

CloudVelox correction: Exar did not move off of Oracle's cloud offering but rather its own infrastructure.  Read more at Computerworld.
